While visiting Oregon's Wildlife Safari reserve, we were visited by this Golden Crested Crane native to East Africa and a national symbol of elegance and prosperity. It was more interested in who was hiding in this little magical window and appearing very similar to a potential lifelong mate rather than consuming free culinary handouts.

Oil painter, printmaker, muralist, faux finish artist and educator, BEN SATUREN, was inspired to portray ocean life while snorkeling in the Red Sea where he observed subjects rarely portrayed on canvas. Awarded “Artist of the Year” by Project Reefkeeper, Ben’s images include wildlife, landscapes, still life, and geometric abstracts.
